Follow the steps below to gain access and start training!

1. Download the SugarWOD app

2. Create a free account and sign up

3. Choose the option to “Join A Local Gym"

4. Search for Meliora Coaching and select the option that has our logo.

5. You will need an access code to join our gym. Password: pursuebetter

6. Enjoy your workout!

You will receive an email within 24 hours with a guide on how to navigate the SugarWOD app along with our lingo and terminology we use in these programs.

The email will also have the steps you see above, because some people are so excited to start our program they don’t see this screen and wonder what happened. If you are reading this you are not one of those people, and you get to enjoy your first Meliora workout much faster!
